Grid services help balance the UK’s electricity network during times of high demand. With grid services, your solar and battery system can automatically make spare energy available to the grid when it’s needed.

During certain events (e.g., capacity market events), your battery may discharge to meet your home’s electricity needs. This happens automatically and is designed so you won’t experience disruption to your supply. Everything runs in the background.

How much do solar panels cost? A lot depends on the quality of materials used and the power output rating of the panels.
